一.客户通常会有哪些基本问题

1.客户A:What is Drop Shipping? (什么是一件代发)

CJ平台:Drop shipping is a retail fulfillment method in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock but instead directly transfers End Customer orders and shipment details to the Supplier, who then ships the goods directly to the End Customer. 二.客户一般会遇到的操作问题

1. How Much is It for Shipping to Different Country? (物流时效去不同的国家怎么查询)

客户可以在CJ的APP界面点击“Tool”,其次选择“Shipping Calculation”进去以后会显示https://app.cjdropshipping.com/calculation.html
按照不同的目的地国家,发货仓库查看
或者在产品界面点击“Shipping Method”查看运费

2.When and How Can I Get the Tracking Number and Dispatching Time? (客人问什么时候有运单号,发货时间是什么时候)

CJ平台:Normally, we will send the tracking number and ship them within 1-3 working days after your payment received. 首先CJ会在客户付款以后的1-3天内安排打单给出运单号,但是有运单号不代表发货。CJ还需要采购商品,等待供应商发货到CJ仓库,CJ安排质检入库之后再打包发货。这整个过程是需要一定的处理时间,旺季大概需5-7天,淡季需3-5天。

3. How is the Packing like for Each Order? (客人询问包裹的包装怎么样的)

首先应该询问供应商产品原本的包装怎么样的,其次,我们仓库发货是套快递袋。如果客户不喜欢的话可以让他下一个指定包装订单。

4. Will You Send Invoice or Receipts along with the Parcel? (我们会不会在包裹里面放发票,收据)

No, we won’t. Normally we only send items without invoice and receipts along with the parcels unless you request us to do so. (我们只会在你需要的时候放置,平时都不会放的)

5. Why There is no Tracking Information of My Package on Website? (为什么没有物流信息可以查询到)

Normally, it will take around 3 days for tracking information updates when it is dispatched. If you have not seen the tracking information updates on the internet 3 days since dispatched, then it might because of the post office processing delay, we have to wait for another 2 days. As long as some products are too hot to keep inventory, there would probably be a momentarily out of stock for items you are working on. No worries, they will be back to stock in 2-3 days, and the tracking information will be updated soon. But you can also do some setting on CJ Dashboard to avoid customer complain 和客户沟通说明CJ需要一定的处理时间, 旺季大概需5-7天,淡季需3-5天。处理的流程大致为:采购-供应商发货-CJ签收质检-入库-配货-打包-验单-出库。

6. Why the order #1001 the tracking number do not update for a long time

首先查询客户运单号所处状态,和客户解释国际运输需要安排航班,同时也会有海关清关。当客户选择物流渠道有些特殊,例如POSTNL等外邮小包。需要抵达中转国/地区才会有运单号更新;其次,到目的地大概率是无挂号信息的派送商,建议客户联系当地邮局或者所在国的海关电话。

7. I want an agreement with CJDropshipping

CJ是有合同和客户签订的,客户只需要在CJ提供的链接下载合同填写完,打印出来签字扫描发给他的业务员,然后业务员汇报公司领导签字盖章,最后将文件扫描发还给客户。

8. My Customer do not want this product,can I do the return to CJ?

客人已签收的包裹CJ是不支持退回的,因为如果客户退回包裹,可能会产生大额的关税;其次在海关清关成功率极低,而且时间偏长,可能长达半年无法抵达CJ的仓库。

9. Can Your Packages not Show Chinese Information, “Made in China”, or “Ship from China’?

The only solution to remove the product’s “China” origin is to have it shipped out from our US warehouse. Any packages that need to clear custom going from China to other countries will need to show the place of origin on the custom labels. ( 从中国到其他国家/地区需要经过清关的任何包裹都需要在海关标签上显示原产地。如果想要把包裹上“中国”字样去掉的话,唯一的办法是将包裹从CJ的美国仓库发货。  )

10. When adding products is it possible to select more than one shipping method in order to give my customers a choice?

Actually, you can do that!You can add anything shipping methods to your store manually, and change shipping method on CJ order page when submitting orders to CJ. (只要在你选择的产品界面兼容的物流方式都可以选择)

11. What is the current hot selling, winning, trending products?

可以给客户推送CJ的Facebook主页、Youtube和Instagram频道,上面都有产品推荐

12. How to increase sourcing request quantity? How many sourcing request I can post daily? (如何提高自己的搜品需求数量)

The sourcing request is a popular feature in CJ. We are manual to find the products from our Cooperated Factory, Yiwu Market, 1688, Taobao that you are interested in selling. We spent time on researching and listing to our platform. CJ would like to remind you guys to precious the sourcing resource or our team will be too busy to have the sourcing work done on time. And this also affects other clients that need result urgent. Our system will automatically increase the sourcing request quantity when you keep placing orders to CJ.

For starting user: 5 sourcing request available daily

For user placed more than 50 orders: 10 sourcing request available daily

For user placed order amount more than 2000USD: 20 sourcing request available daily

For user placed order amount more than 2 million USD: unlimited You can also purchase our paid plan for increasing request quantity.

13. What is Private Inventory? (什么是私有库存)

It means the stock is available to you only, and you can use this inventory to deduct the product price in your next order. (私有库存是CJ仓库的优势之一,目的在于帮Dropshipper节省仓储成本。私有库存就是客户借用CJ仓库储存商品,这些商品是客户私人所有,别人都不能动用的。客人购买私有库存时只需要付产品费,当产品有订单需要选择物流发货的时候付运费即可。)

客户购买完私有库存只需要在“My CJ”的“My Inventory”查看自己的库存即可

三.常见问题的注意事项

1.客人:Do you have the stock for this SKU: CKJJJJJJ00225?
错误处理: 一查库存,不好意思我们没有,然后客户拜拜。
正确处理:通过SKU去仓库查询是否有库存。若有则直接正面回复客户,然后和客户促单;若没有则需立即联系供应商询问是否有现货,若供应商有货则和客户沟通促单,若一家供应商没有现货则换其他供应商询问,实在找不到供应商有现货,该SKU需下架处理,要和客户解释原因,获得客户体谅。
厂家有货=CJ有货。

2.客人:Can u provide the size chart for this SKU: CKJJJJJJ00225
错误处理1: OK 请等一下,然后甩给搜品组然后忘记这件事情。
错误处理2: 我帮您看一下,打开采购链接结果是404,甩给搜品组然后忘记这件事情。
正确处理:先通过SKU在后台查看商品详情,商品描述和变量是否存在不完整,自己完善下相关描述,添加一下size chart。如果404链接失效,那可以以图搜货自己去找有货的厂家,把新的采购链接添加上去;如果实在不能找到货源,那么就要下架断货产品,然后给客户解释下架的原因。

3.客人:Can you check order #1001 when can be shipped out (好多天了还没发的情况下——订单在处理时限之内)
错误处理:追踪号一查:sorry我们还没发—你就没有回答什么时候发。
正确处理:先查看订单的处理状态和下单日期——通过SKU查询是否有库存——库存充足的根据订单所处状态问相关人员什么原因导致迟迟不能发货;没有库存联系采购部询问什么时候能送货到CJ仓库——再告诉客户为什么还没发货,大约需要多少时间可以发货

4.客人:Why order #1001 still not shipped out, already 8 days!( 好多天了还没发的情况下 ——超时订单)
错误处理:Sorry,我们现在没有库存。
正确处理:先去查为什么没有发货,是没有货还是因为仓库没有及时处理。若没有及时处理的话就催尽快受理;若没有库存的话要告诉客户该货物短缺,CJ已经在竭力为其寻找厂家,如果可以找到会尽快发货,找不到货源可建议客户纠纷退款。
